Bendigo Hospital Anne Caudle Centre

The Bendigo Hospital, including the Anne Caudle Centre is a complicated site of historic and modern buildings, some of which are listed on the Victorian Heritage Register. Our association with the site began with a Conservation Management Plan for Anne Caudle Centre in 2009 and then over ten years we have assisted the project managers and builders undertake conservation works to interiors and exteriors of multiple buildings on the site, including; the Lying-in Hospital, Gatehouse, West wing and Superintendents house.

For this project we:

• Assisted the project manager with multiple permit applications and then provided administration of the permit conditions.

• Provided scope of works for conservation and repair works

• Documentation of conservation works
