heritage ALLIANCE provides specialist conservation and architectural services for the repair, adaptation and conservation of buildings and structures. We undertake heritage assessments and make recommendations for management of heritage places in the form of conservation management plans, heritage impact statements and conservation works plans.
heritage ALLIANCE is a consultancy that provides heritage advice and conservation services to government, asset managers and owners of heritage places. We can review planning scheme schedules, undertake heritage studies, heritage reviews and typological studies. High quality archival recording and photographic documentation is a particular skill of our office.
Our office specialises in the repair and conservation of C19th and C20th buildings and structures such as bridges, lighthouses, fountains, landscapes and cemeteries. We have the experience and ability to address complex and unusual conservation problems. We regularly work with urban designers, planners, design architects, archaeologists, builders and engineers on a wide range of heritage projects.
heritage ALLIANCE staff are registered architects, historians and heritage planners and have experience in adapting historic buildings for contemporary uses, navigating the complexities of permit and amendment processes, undertaking complex site assessments, preparing documentation for conservation works and providing advice and guidance to those with heritage issues.
