Our work on buildings ranges from complex architectural conservation works for repair or maintenance, to adaptation of heritage buildings for new development, servicing, upgrading, access or compliance. We can prepare architectural drawings and designs, works documentation and permit applications. We have experience on early C19th structures, Victorian, Edwardian, Federation and Inter-War buildings as well as mid-twentieth century structures. Our office has managed complex repair and works to structures such as fountains, clock towers, neon signage, and stone monuments. We can compliment our architectural services with heritage impact statements, condition assessments and colour schedules. We can also provide professional, high quality photographic archival documentation.
